The Victory Team invested countless hours – and more than $5 million – developing the new 100/6 and 106/6 Freedom V-Twins. The
benefits of those investments include the Next Generation Freedom 106/6 used exclusively in the new 2008 Victory Vision models. This
engine delivers outstanding power and torque for great solo cruising as well as for touring with a passenger and cargo.

• New Engine Control Module (ECM) with Closed Loop Fuel Injection to reduce emissions, improve drivability & power
• New throttle body, fuel injectors, oxygen sensors & idle air control
• This engine is engineered to run cleaner, quieter and more efficiently and, most importantly, PRODUCE MORE POWER
WHAT’S NEW: NEW COOLING SYSTEM
• New oil cooler & new mounting position
• New internal and external oil routing
• New system keeps engine cooler in all riding conditions & enhances engine reliability
WHAT’S NEW: ADDITIONAL NEW ENGINE COMPONENTS
• The use of several new engine components results in NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) improvements
• New components include: New cam shafts, primary drive with retuned torque compensator, split clutch gear,
crankcases & engine covers
• Also new in this engine: pistons, connecting rods and crankshaft

• New 6th gear has slightly higher ratio and runs more quietly
• New 1st gear has lower ratio and it delivers improved low-speed drivability and acceleration

• It has a new torque compensator, split gear on clutch & helical gear on the crankshaft
