10inch wheels and a compact 1250mm wheelbase are blueprint elements for scooter agility and easy city handling. The new Vity has both. And with powerful front disc and rear drum brakes plus high-visibility head- and taillights Vity is given a secure presence on busy city streets.
The Vity’s power source is just as no-nonsense as the rest of the scooter. It’s a 125cc four-stroke, two-valve, forward inclined single cylinder engine built for reliability, strength and low running costs, but it also incorporates all the refinement you’d expect from Yamaha. Air-cooled for simplicity and easy maintenance, this engine is destined to build itself a quiet reputation for longevity, resilience and robust performance.
Vity is a straightforward scooter, and that’s reflected in the remarkably accessible asking price. But that doesn’t mean there’s been any shortcutting in the development to reach the final Vity value proposition. The under seat compartment is big enough to take one full-face helmet and there's also a handy storage box inside the leg shield to keep smaller items within reach. For bigger luggage items Vity is equipped with a sturdy luggage rack. Vity’s oval shaped analogue instrument panel with separate fuel gauge is as neat as it is practical.
