This is a one off special, built as a tribute motorcycle for the film DESPERADO, every part of this cycle is custom. Rigid chassis, 300 rear end and offset kit, Ricks rear wheel, 96 cui S&S high compression superstock engine, LA chopper slash cut pipes, trumpet intake, and many other hand crafted parts. This is a one off and finished in a trick paint job! |

Basicaly a 1948 hartail design. 4" down 2" back , rear axle plates up 1" and 2" back. This gives a lower than stock frame with a perfectley straight backbone from the steering head to the rear axle. The engine is a one off chopped 2003 sportster. |

Custom 2 pack paint (Tank could do with a new coat as the lacker is lifting in places) but doesn't bother me as it adds to the character.
Engine is gas flowed with 32mm Amal carb inlet ported to 32mm,competition valves, rockers, springs feed and return oil pumps, high compression forged alloy piston engine bored to 535 to suit. |

Commisioned by Mick and Helen Clarke who have (and continue to have) some of the best bikes in Europe and was built by Chesterfield Classic and Custom (who won the uk biker build off TV series a couple of years ago) without regard to cost and was painted by Percy Badbrush who is regarded as one of the finest airbrush artists in the world.
Most items were hand crafted such as the frame,tank,split rim wheels,bars,tins,headlamp etc and only the finest items were bought in such as the 130 cubic inch (2150cc) Merch V twin engine,braided hoses,6 speed gearbox.Mikuni carb,forks etc and the full spec would take me all day to list.Suffice to say it cost over £50,000 to build. |
