The final version of the Model A10, designated the Rocket Gold Star, was introduced in February 1962 and with its unit construction successor already on the stocks, production ceased during 1963.

This final version was a hybrid motorcycle, combining the highly tuned Super Rocket engine with a Gold Star type frame and A65R front forks and exhaust system.

Although primarily a super sports cum production road racer, the Rocket Gold Star could also be used as a sidecar with optional lower gearing available.
