MCI Exhibitions Ltd have unveiled exciting new plans for the 2007 International Motorcycle & Scooter Show , presenting new dates, new halls and an exciting re-investment package that's set to benefit both exhibitors and visitors.

Negotiations with MCI Exhibition's partners have led to a new financial package being agreed for 2007 which will see savings being passed directly to exhibitors. Consumers will also benefit with ticket prices held, for a third year.

A number of strategic decisions have been made to review and improve the Show in order to secure its long-term position as the UK's most impressive motorcycle showcase and largest motorcycle event. The 2007 Show will run from 22nd November to 2nd December, avoiding clashes with the European shows and providing the best opportunity to see all the latest products for the first time in the UK.

The re-launch will also see the Show move to the NEC's most recently re-furbished halls (1, 2, 3, 3a & 4), providing exhibitors and visitors with an exciting new format for 2007. The new layout will also give the organisers an opportunity to spread the hugely popular entertainment features throughout the event whilst retaining the out-door interactive activities presented in previous years.

Finlay McAllan, Managing Director of MCI Exhibitions said, "We are always looking to improve the show and make it work for exhibitors and consumers alike. The opportunities presented to us in 2007 allow us to create the most impressive event in our industry's history, and at the same time offer exhibitors increased value for money.

"We are delighted with the package that we have arrived at which allows us to re-invest in our exhibitors by offering them reductions on the cost to exhibit ranging from between 10 % - 15% per square metre."

Sales packs detailing the sales process and the cost per square metre for each area will be sent out following the MCI members meeting scheduled to take place at Starley House on Tuesday 13th February.

Anyone interested in exhibiting should contact the Event Manager, Dean Linehan for more information by emailing dean@motorcycleshow.co.uk.
