powerplant tuned for strong midrange performance and
breathtaking thrusts of acceleration.
• New IACV (Intake Air Control Valve) replaces manual
choke with automatic operation that realises smoother
response to small changes in throttle input and greatly
reduced torque reaction.
• HECS3 oxygen-sensing catalytic exhaust gas
converter system minimises emissions of harmful
exhaust gases to ensure full compliance with strict
EURO-3 emissions regulations.
• Compliant 43mm cartridge-type front fork and dual
remote reservoir rear dampers supporting large boxsection
aluminium swingarm ensure swift handling and
a comfortable ride.
• High-performance four-piston calliper front disc
brakes with large-diameter floating rotors.
• Deluxe ABS version features Honda’s most advanced
