Suzuki Gladius Launches With £99
Insurance Deal For New Riders
30th January 2009
With Suzuki's all-new Gladius 650 launched to European
press earlier this month, Suzuki GB has announced
a £99 fully comprehensive insurance offer on
the new bike, for riders who pass their Direct Access
motorcycle test through any Suzuki Selected Training
School before the end of March this year.
With the all-new Gladius capturing the imagination
of many enthusiasts already, the new 650cc naked styled
bike, bridges the gap between beginner and experienced
riders, thanks to its confidence inspiring chassis
and impressive performance combination.
Talking about adding the Gladius to the offer, was
Suzuki GB's George Cheeseman, who commented, "Our
new rider insurance offer has already proven popular
since its introduction last year, and so adding the
all-new Gladius provides even more choice for our
customers. As well as the new 650 twin's introduction,
we are also extending the current offer on the other
models until the end of March, giving virtually every
new rider a bike that suits their needs."
As well as the £99 Insurance offer, the Gladius
is also available with a free restrictor kit fitted,
for riders on restricted licenses.
The Gladius will arrive in UK dealer showrooms from
23rd February, with a recommended retail price of
£4,500 + government charges.
