Professional Climber At The Push Of A Button
Following the success to date of the electric starter,
the 300 EXC continues to exclusively provide innovative
start assistance. In view of the highly compact design,
space has been saved by locating the KTM patented
starter above the ignition.
With a total weight of 103 kg, the 300 EXC highlights
the high level of skills offered by the Mattifhofen
development centre. Driven by a quadratically designed
two-stroke engine with 72 x 72 mm bore and stroke,
the 300 EXC impresses through its outstandingly high
torque and easily propels riders up even the
steepest of inclines. Like the other 2010 EXC models,
the undisputed king of the hill has also been equipped
with all the newly-developed ingenious details.
