KTM Insurance

Express Insurance has announced a partnership with Austrian motorcycle manufacturer KTM to become their official insurance provider as the broker continues to build their prescence in the motorcycle insurance market.

The specialist motorcycle insurance broker, based in Birmingham, will provide subsidised cover for KTM’s entry level motorbike, the 125 Duke, under the newly launched KTM Insurance Services brand. The policy will provide an insurance solution for beginner bikers across the UK when they purchase a KTM 125 Duke through official KTM dealers. Options will include:

• Free third party only cover*
• Subsidised upgrades to third party fire and theft cover and fully comprehensive cover*

Furthermore, customers who take advantage of this partnership could be eligible for a guaranteed renewal premium in year two. In addition to the KTM 125 Duke scheme, Express Insurance will also provide bespoke premiums for KTM’s street range motorbikes, ensuring a diverse range of KTM customers can benefit from their competitive motorcycle insurance premiums. Discussions are also underway with regards a unique off-road bike insurance product.

KTM are an Austrian based motorcycle manufacturer and have developed their 125 Duke to specifically appeal to the beginner biker market. The broker also picked up the Marketing Campaign of the Year award at the 2011 UK Broker Awards for it’s Facebook and Twitter promotions with the online biking community.
