  • Ian Lougher

Ian Lougher has been a fully professional motorcycle racer for 12 years. He is a six times Isle of Man TT Winner and current Isle of Man Production 600TT lap record holder.

Ian has also notched up the most number of 120+ mph TT laps ever ridden in the 97 year history of the Isle of Man TT races. He is also the 2nd most visited rider to the Isle of Man TT winners rostrum (2nd only to his friend, the late Joey Dunlop), and currently the fourth fastest man ever to circulate the TT course.

A seven times North West 200 Winner, Ian holds the 250cc North West 200 outright lap record and this year set two new lap records in the 1000cc Production class on board the Blackhorse Motorcycle Finance Ltd Honda CBR1000RR Superstock Fireblade, and also on the Crossan Motorcycles Honda CBR600RR in the Supersport 600cc Class.

Ian is a nine times Ulster Grand Prix Winner.

And in 2004, the Welshman increased his circuit record to a staggering eighty three race wins at the Oliver's Mount Circuit in Scarborough, England's only pure road race circuit. Taking victory in the Superbike class made Lougher a thirty times Isle of Man Southern 100 Winner. Ian also went on to equal Carl Fogarty's record of triple race wins in front of his home crowd at Aberdare Park, the only "pure" road race event in Wales.
